I had a very disappointing experience at this Edo Japan today (Monday, July 6, around 5:15–6:00 p.m.). I stood at the front counter waiting to place my order, but no one came to help me. One employee was on break and saw me, another employee was cooking while talking on the phone, noticed I was waiting, but never came to the front. There was also another staff member in the back who seemed busy but wasn't paying attention to customers at the counter.
