Food was terrible. The beef sushi rolls were old. The rice was hard and stale. The bubble tea was also disappointing. The price and quality of Edo has gone way down.
Great from customer service to food. Surely visiting again.
On Thursday, February 5th, around 3 pm, I was once again treated by a cashier with an impatient and unfriendly attitude while placing my order. This is not an isolated incident—I have never received courteous service from this employee. Immediately after my turn, other customers were treated with smiles and a noticeably different attitude, which was concerning, and it's always been the same with that employee. I've eaten here several times, and most of the time my family and I are treated well. However, there's one cashier in particular who is always very rude to us. Interestingly, I'm not Canadian, and I've noticed that she treats white people very kindly. I'm posting this on February 5, 2026; my purchase was at 3:11 pm. To clarify, most of the staff treats us very well; it's only this woman who is rude to us.
