I had a very disappointing experience ordering takeout through the mobile app today at around 12:50PM. Two of the meals in my order were kids’ meals, for which I had selected spring rolls. However, when I received the order, the spring rolls were not included or replaced with anything appropriate—instead, I got chocolate Pocky sticks. I went to the counter to address this, and they admitted that spring rolls were available on-site but refused to provide them, offering only the Pocky as a substitute. I ordered the Chicken Teriyaki Bento Bowl and asked for extra teriyaki sauce. This sauce was watered down, maybe to make it stretch further. It sure was not the dark brown color and thick like it should be. The chicken was more like a shredded chicken and overcooked. And I received very little rice. It sure was not worth the 19.00 I paid for it. The best part of the whole meal was the spring rolls.
Food was pretty good and quick. The tempura shrimp were a bit greasy.
Love this spot in GTC’s food court. They maintain consistent and tasty quality along with friendly staff and prompt service.
Their sushi is not good. Avoid Smallest dynamite roll I’ve ever seen in my life Everything average or below average in taste Not worth it
