I was mislead by the lady at the counter (so she can upsell and generate more revenue for her business) despite asking several times into believing that an order of sides came standard with the bowl. I immediately suspected that she was not being truthful and asked for the receipt only to confirm that actually $5 was charged for the side. I just let it go. They are no more getting our business!!
Went to pick up food on Tuesday night and was incredibly disappointed. Had beef sushi rolls which were okay but our spring rolls which we ate a few minutes after driving away were cold and mushy. I also ordered Beef & shrimp Yokosuba and the container was just over half full while a small scoop of veggies with two pieces of broccoli was mushy.
