No Fish! Edo Japan doesn't have any Fish! Only Shrimp, and fake Crab meat, that's all. No Salmon. No Tuna. No Fish. Maybe a name change is needed.... Something that describes the Stir-fry and Noodles that they do have, and not mislead people that they can get sushi here.
