I ordered sukiyaki beef, but it got switched to chicken and can’t get a refund or accommodation, I even called and they said they couldn’t do anything

I visited this location yesterday and had a great experience! The place was very clean and organized, the staff were friendly, and the food was delicious. A special thank you to the lovely hijabi employee who was incredibly patient while my son took his time deciding what to order. I also noticed how kind and helpful she was with every customer, even offering to help someone with her belongings and open the door for her. Her kindness really stood out Highly recommend this location. Great food and amazing service! ❤️
