If there was an option for zero star, I would have given that …. The lady (around 40+, wearing a mask) who took my order kept talking through her headphones the entire time. She continued her conversation while taking my order and even while placing the food on my table. At one point I felt like she was speaking to me…but I realized she was actually talking through her airpods, which was confusing. It felt UNPROFESSIONAL and inattentive.
