I ordered here for pick up but when I got to my hotel, my bubble tea didnt come with the straw. Am I supposed to ask for this? Why? Some people dont use straw? Or at least tell me it doesnt come with the straw and I have to ask for it.
I’m a regular customer of Edo Japan. All the staff is very nice. They are very respectful, quickly prepare fresh meals for everyone and are overall just very friendly.
Best in town their customer service is above and beyond. Love the poke bowls they have started recently .
This was our second visit to this location I appreciate how they welcome their customers one of their staff member name “Juwance “ opened door for me and my family , all the team members were greeting happily overall best experience i had in dine in restaurant
