I ordered a bubble tea this morning and asked for more sugar. He said they have a set level of sweetness. I also asked for no ice, and he said they have a set volume, so if I get no ice, I’ll get less drink. Then he kept going on and on, “teaching” me about set volumes and how even Starbucks does that. Not saying I know how things work but I work in the service industry myself. We explain our standards in a subtle way, we don’t lecture customers. Great price for bubble teas and great prices for rolls. Found the teriyaki noodle bowls were a little bland in flavor but with a little extra sauce it's great prices
