The beef is overcooked, the portions are very small, the food is extremely unappetizing, and the service attitude is very poor.
Updating my review as recent experiences have been very positive. Both the sushi and noodle bowls are good value. They also have some very affordable lunch combo options via online ordering.
The bento boxes are great, so many choices! Great quantity for the price.

I ordered a bubble tea this morning and asked for more sugar. He said they have a set level of sweetness. I also asked for no ice, and he said they have a set volume, so if I get no ice, I’ll get less drink. Then he kept going on and on, “teaching” me about set volumes and how even Starbucks does that. Not saying I know how things work but I work in the service industry myself. We explain our standards in a subtle way, we don’t lecture customers.
