I had a very unpleasant visit at Edo Japan. The food was not hot enough, which was already disappointing, but what made the experience even worse was the behavior of the counter staff. They were using abusive language with each other, and it created a very uncomfortable atmosphere for families and guests around. It was definitely not the environment you expect when dining out. Worst Edo I have ever eaten at. Their grill is full of contaminants, my beef tasted like shrimp and the service was worse. Rushed me through ordering to the point they got my order wrong then whe the man running the grill saw my order he laughed at me. Im appalled by the terrible service and poor quality. It's not as though Edo is generally the pinnacle of cuisine, but this one has lost my business.
