I am editing this review because this is the 3rd time we came and they did not have teriyaki sauce. Found the food good and the staff very helpful. My wife ordered the chicken Teriyaki without broccoli and asked for extra cabbage and this was the first Edo that did not charge her for the extra cabbage.
Absolutely terrible experience. The person at the counter was extremely rude and unprofessional. I was made to feel like I was begging just to place an order, which is completely unacceptable. They were also making comments in their own language while serving, which felt disrespectful and inappropriate in a customer-facing situation.
