Been craving sushi, so I ordered the beef one from Edo Japan for the first time and enjoyed it so much! The beef sushi, paired with soy sauce and wasabi, is savory-sweet—just the way I like it. Can’t wait to order the bento box on my next visit! I’m also impressed with their customer service. The manager, Joanne, is friendly and thoughtful. Edo Japan at Chinook will now be my go-to place for Japanese food.
