Not open till the time posted. They also leave raw chicken uncooked on the grill open to anyone who walks by waiting for someone to cook it for atleast a hour at a time.
Last time I was there was in the late 90's. I was thrilled that they were still there, because the food used to be great. I'm going to keep this short because it upsets me how incredibly low the standard is here for Asian food. The Beef Yakisoba. ----- I was craving Yakisoba. Not Pho. Not Udon. I got something in between a Pho, Udon and Yakisoba wanna-be. It was awful. The noodles were Udon noodles (see pic.) The sauce was not sauce. It was soup. Bought an almost $6 bubble tea today with old bubbles. I won't be returning here. They have poor food handling practices. Just look at my pictures there is no way that you can't tell the pearls are old!
I tried calling the Brooksbank location at 9:25pm to discuss a $64.00 order via Skip the Dishes and they WOULD NOT answer the phone!! VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
They seemed so busy with backlogged online orders that I couldn't even place an order. The service was the worst, with a blank expression and no greeting. The service was so terrible. So I moved to Ticotime next to this restaurant instead(The owner was so kind)
