I'm not actually sure which location this review is for since I think I already left one but since I used Google maps to get there I am being pressured into another review. So let me say that no Edo Japan staff member has EVER and I mean ever, no matter how close to closing, turned down a bubble tea order. They always display exemplary customer service which I truly appreciate.
Just wanted chicken and rice. When it came with veggies I asked for it to be fixed. She replied "we already did it though" and refused. Communication isn't their strong suit. 0 stars
Clean, reasonably priced, nice staff good (takeout style) food.
I appreciate every single worker here, they are sweet, honest. The food tastes amazing! I sure enjoy the teriyaki chicken bowl . I'll definitely be coming back. Fast service and very neat and tidy (clean) area.
It was our first time at Edo Japan and we were pleasantly surprised. Big portions, super tasty food, and really friendly staff. Really good price for the portion size and taste of the food. The place was clean. Overall, a very positive experience. We’ll definitely be back!
