Kudos to the friendliest Edo in central Alberta! Every time I come to this location I am greeted with the largest smiles from all the staff and the kindest interactions. I told the staff this during my visit and they told me that they have worked 8 years, 20 and 25 years for the company. The food is hot and plentiful. Sorry no photos in that I ate it too quickly. ;)
Bad customer service . A big No
My experience here was completely unacceptable. The staff spoke to me in a disrespectful and unprofessional manner, telling me to “focus on my job” while I was already doing exactly what I’m supposed to do as a third-party delivery worker. I do my work properly, and I will not tolerate staff talking down to me or trying to instruct me on duties that are not their responsibility. This level of disrespect toward workers is extremely disappointing, and it needs to be addressed immediately.
