Absolute garbage. They would give less bubble tea because of NO ICE? Additionally, staff has been extremely rude over my complaints. How greedy are you people??? (avoid this restaurant, there are better places to get food like this such as Presotea, Mandarin, Bento Sushi, etc. )

Ok, so if you are looking for overpriced and underserved Japanese fast-food this is the chain for you. I really wanted to like it again after so many years. I even convinced my wife even though she was reticent and was right in the end. We ordered the $30 special for 2 (2 teriyaki dishes, 2 spring rolls, 2 drinks) and would have gotten better value from any other fast food chain.
