I had such a great experience here! The staff were all very patient and friendly. One of the young gentlemen asked if I preferred less sodium, and he even suggested that their Teriyaki Beef Bowl could be made with less salt and sauce. When I told him I wanted the Tuna Bowl instead, he kindly made me a “light” version without any sauce or soy sauce at all. I visited Edo in Banff yesterday and had an excellent meal. The noodles, grated carrots, and other vegetables were tasty. I considered having a similar experience today in Calgary at Edo Japan on Aviation Boulevard. Unfortunately, the noodles were flavorless, and the carrots were sliced , which changed the experience entirely. In short, it was frustrating. They should reconsider their standards and learn the recipe from the Banff team.
