I ordered through Skip, the dishes, and I ordered a Tempura yam. I was charged for it and I never got it delivered. Tried to get a hold of The restaurant and the wrong numbers on their website and on Google. I did report it through Skip the dishes, but I’ve heard nothing back. Very disappointing. It is now over 2 weeks and not one person has got hold of me. Steel my money and don't respond.
I went here for lunch and the customer service was good however there was pieces of burnt char in my food. I think whoever was working the grill should be trained to clean it properly
Last few times I became sick after eating from 130th location.
You need to update this pages hours of operation. It says 10 but you don't open until 11 :)
Pretty good as far as an Edo location goes, we order fairly regularly and they always get our custom order correct, always ready on time when I pick up, very friendly service. Food quality is what you would expect from edo, not everyone’s cup of tea but it’s as good as I’ve had from an Edo at this location.
