Called for a week in a row to make an appointment, but I never got through. I kept getting hung up on the phone. I could hear the other person talking the second I connected, and I was hung up the next second. If you don't take phone calls, delete your number from the public. What a shame.
Listen, this place is not good. Customer service is low in priority for these people. You will wait no matter what time you show up and if you mention anything about it, they will give you attitude and even *worse service. It’s run like a cold hard business wo any kind of care of concern for the patient. I’m always having to remind the doctor why I’m there and if she could please assist me in the way a medical practitioner is supposed to.
