They keep giving me the run-around they tell me 24 to 48 hours to get approved what's the new management lady that's been there 3 weeks first off she meant my application up and misplaced it second tells me 24 to 48 hours when it's already been 48 hours then I call back and tell me 3 to 4 days now but now I'm calling the higher up I do not recommend living here oh and my move-in day is September 10th and they still giving me the runaround
Went downhill once Landsman Property Management took over. I was here since they first opened up with Rochester Management who used to clean the outside daily, have someone in to fix any problems within two days and paint over any scuffs on the wall and clean the carpets monthly. Now you're lucky if they take out the trash once a week (they don't and took the garbage cans away indefinitely) or match the paint color on the wall when covering (they don't) I've had a leak in the bathroom for over two years eating at the ceiling... read more

Pros:The layout of the townhomes are nice. Cons:the walls are paper thin you can hear your neighbors snore. The neighbors are loud blasting music all day and night having your decorations shaking and breaking The neighbors throw trash all over the streets it looks disgusting There is constant overdosing, fights , and drug traffic. Neighbors have roaches so bad they are all outside of their homes effecting everyone around The rent was raised to help “pay property management to keep the area clean” They never clean anything th... read more
