I live in Surprise and have been visiting local auto-repair shops, in this area, over the last twenty-five years. Although I was aware of Edmund's, I hadn't yet used them until this past-week. Came here to have my vehicle diagnosed, but was unprepared for the diagnosis they did to be false and incorrect, I contacted them and they offered to have a chance for them to look at the car again but have yet to contact them back myself, I was told it was a bad throttle body but I discovered for myself with another shop that it was a clogged catalytic converter, I understand mishaps happe. but had my time wasted here, I will give them the benefit of the doubt due to the amazing receptionist who works there with her amazing... read more
