I called and left a message to schedule an appointment as an existing patient and wasn't able to get anything until I saw my primary doctor who sent an internal message to them, then I finally received a call. Now, they've "forgotten" to bill me my copay at check-in and three months later I receive a bill for. Very odd when you can't even get past check-in without paying the copay.
