Worst insurance agent ever. I dont believe Nelson is ever actually in his office. The lady that actually rewrote my policy messed everything up, Twice.
Excellent and fast customer service
As a customer of State Farm for more than 20 years, I come to find that State Farm Insurance is the absolute worst insurance carrier as they did next to nothing to help me with an accident claim that I was 100% not at fault and I am out my own money that I was told might not be reimbursed to me; not to mention I received a letter stating any monies that might be reimbursed to me will take 8 months to a year to receive. Complete joke!!
