I just had a facelift at Dr. Kwan’s office and I’m very satisfied with the results. This wasn’t my first procedure with him and I’ve always appreciated his skill and kindness. The office is beautiful, and his staff are very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Kwan.
I had a cosmetic double eyelid procedure done with Dr. Kwan in October 2023, and my experience has been nothing short of disappointing. I paid $5,000, expecting a professional, detail-oriented approach, but instead, I received rushed consultations, poor communication, and unsatisfactory results. 🔹 Minimal Consultation & Rushed Process: Dr. Kwan barely spent any time discussing my preferences. Dr. Kwan was personable and knowledgeable. He made me feel very comfortable through out the process. He answered all of my questions and kept me involved . His staff was amazing, they were very polite and always available. The surgical suite and his office was clean. I felt comfortable. I would highly recommend this provider and his practice to anyone who needs to have a procedure. I am very happy with results.
My wife and I are very pleased with the Excellent job that Dr. Kwan has provided for us. The service by Dr. Kwan and his staff is very impressive everybody is very nice and attentive and they go the extra mile to take care of us.
