Extremely disappointed! Been a patient for over 2 years as I have osteoporosis. Had no issues until I had an apt for my prolea injection and was told I could not receive it because I owed money the insurance company had not payed. We’ve been bringing my mother to this clinic for some time for monthly injections related to her rheumatoid arthritis. Unfortunately, the quality of care and professionalism has steadily declined. My mother is in chronic pain, has limited mobility, and is not in good physical condition. Despite this, she’s routinely left waiting over an hour — sometimes two — for a quick injection that could be prepared in advance but isn’t.
