NY experience with heart of fl Obgyn is always great. I've been going there since I was 19 years old and they helped deliver all 3 of my children. The staff is awesome. The offices are clean. These people are like my family. I highly recommend them
Office staff English is not first language HORRIBLE and UNPROFESSIONAL .I will never go back and also reporting to department of health today for violation of HIPA
This is one of the most unprofessional OBGYN's I have ever encountered. I had to beg for the results of my routine pap test. It took almost 3 weeks, and several calls on my part. the staff make excuses like there is no tomorrow. This should have been a routine exam, followed up wth a phone call to give results to me, turned into a nightmare. I am never going back there again. I should have researched the reviews I seen on other sites.
