I still can’t wear the glasses I paid almost $400 or more for- I have called and left messages bc I want to just return them for my money back- no calls returned. I will be mailing them bc I have moved. I just hope he is nice enough to refund my money- I will be going back to see my okd eye Dr back home for the Holidays and redoing everything-
Now I think this provider is absolutely a sweet guy. But I spent close to $400 on now two pair of glasses that I can’t wear or tolerate- I need them so badly and hated to call and let him know again that the second pair still do not work for me. I believe either the company he is sending these glasses to are off or something. When he tests me and retested me things where ok but yet the glasses I picked up seemed far off- I have left a message or two - but nothing I can do now because I have moved. Dr. Gunther has been treating me for nearly 10 years. I especially like the relaxed atmosphere. There is never a wait time, or another patient in his office when you make your appointment. His knowledge and skills are superb. He might be 71 years old, but along with that comes wisdom. He constantly attends seminars to stay on top of things. The personal attention you get is quite unusual this day in time. He goes the extra length to make sure your prescription is correct and the fit is exact.
