They were very willing to accommodate a day of emerg. I really appreciated that the vet talked in a way that made it so I could understand what was going on. Thanks for your care for our old girl Ellie.
Staff was friendly but vet was using Google to determine what was could be the cause of my dogs issue. Seemed I gave him all his answers from my Google search. 129 bucks for him to take my dogs temperature 🌡 😳 😢. Git the antibiotics thanks for the meds. Dog is now better and saved 800 bucks on a ultrasound that they were trying to get me to take. Crazy the amount of money vets charge. Highway robbery
My boy went in for TPLO surgery and the ladies out front were very patient and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and concerns and showed warmth and compassion. My only complaint (if any) is that I wish the Veterinarian would have come out before the surgery and at least said “hello”. To this day I’ve never laid eyes on him which I feel is kinda strange and not good practice. Other than that this place was top-notch! ALL the ladies out front were great at making us feel supported. Thank you!
We lost a wonderful cat ... the most famous cat in my little town... often going to school to play with the kids I made a previous post in anger and suffering from loss ... I was very wrong and did not understand These people did all they could to help us ... we loved him very much ... but he's gone Please forgive me for my mistake
