UPDATE: September 2025. Dr. Sheppard has closed her practice and I find myself without a family doctor again. ------------------------------- The clinic itself is great. They answer their phone, it's easy to make appointments, and their online portal is helpful as well. When I arrive at the clinic I wait 5-10 minutes at most for my appointment. I been with them for a year and haven’t lost any weight there is no support in every way a person needs to loose weight the support you get is every three months some kind of dr phones you . But not th support a person actually needs this journey has made my depression worse not having the support to loose weight but I will never go back and never tell people to go there either .i did everything they said and got no results

I am pleased with Dr.Shepard. She goes out of her way to answer any questions you have. She does not rush you. I am happy I found a good Doctor.
