Nice staff and very knowledgeable about animals and gentle with the dogs
Firstly, I have taken my animals to this vet for years, I have held them in my highest esteem. What a fool I was! Only for them to horrifically disappoint me. On a day I had my dog booked in for suture removal, my company suffered a huge sick leave so thus a staff deficit, when I rang them to rebook my dogs suture removal, I was met with a cancellation fee of $50!!! Dr Jason and the team were fantastic giving our Neo Mastiff Koda a new view into the world with doing entropion and cherry eye surgery. He's a big sack of potatoes and didn't make it easy for them but the team were fantastic. Thankyou!
