Went there to get a new debit card. There was no one there trained to make it. I think that is very unprofessional!
They are a decent bank for the Glasgow, Edmonton, Tompkinsville area. I do have a few issues with them on my checking account debit card. They some times jump the gun in the fraud department, especially on subscribe and save orders through Amazon. I have to call for international orders and get my card opened to allow my to place the order. They will let orders at Wal-Mart and other places to be pending for days.
