As cheap as this clinic is, it seems like it comes at a cost of your animal and the way you are treated. My cat was just neutered and while it looks like the surgery went well the treatment was upsetting. I had come in at 8 AM with my cat who was extremely scared when I was put in the room to speak to the doctor I let my cat room around as he was freaking out in his kennel. My experience at the Spay and neuter clinic was the hardest thing I had to do. The staff was exceptional. Kindness care and love abounding. I will always go back for any needs in the future. Thanks again for all your help to get me through this hard time.
They did not explain properly to my wife about the expenses, and the bad thing is my wife doesn't know English very well. While expecting to pay $250, they charged me $504. This is a kind of scamming. They should have explained the content of the consent form.
