I booked my appointment a month or more ago and I was surprised when they called me the day before at 5:46 p.m. to inform me that my appointment for tomorrow at 2:45 p.m. was canceled and postponed until the end of next month, which I did not appreciate at all.
I had unpleasant experience with the receptionist at primary care. The interaction felt unprofessional and lacked courtesy. This affects patients trust and comfort.
They have policy for cancel appointment prior 48 hours but what for them i have day off for my appointment and in the morning they call me and said your appointment is cancell , are they gone pay me for my day off SUCH A STUPID THING BY UNPROFESSIONALS
Got me on the right meds fast which 100% has already greatly improved my life. Just started their online classes and so far it’s great. My whole experience so far has been perfect. Thanks for everything so far!!!
