They never answer their phones. I was told I would be contacted when the results came in and they never contacted me. I had to phone (many times as no one answers the phone) and was told to contact my doctor. Basically unless they can sell you a $3000 machine they aren't interested in customer service post sleep study. Also, their technology is archaic.
Went in for a testing and Leah was awesome. Was really easy to deal with and really helpful answering all my questions. Will definitely go back!
Philip's send my replacment machine in July of 2022 and Isteel didnt received Liars and crooks
