The service was great when I purchased my Philips Reseronics System One in 2011/2012. Unfortunately it went downhill after that first when I needed to get a replacement for the small hose going from the nose piece to the large hose it was a gong show trying to get them to understand what I needed. After that it was much easier to get my replacement parts on line and a lot cheaper. I've had my Dreamstation for a few years. I heard about the recall notification and registered my machine. I've noticed a black residue on the nose piece filter (dots). Not sure where it is coming from but I am concerned that it may be foam from inside the machine. I Contacted the Institute and they gave me information on how to follow up with Philips. Terrible, do not go here.
Excellent and caring service. Friends told me to skip the middle man and buy online because it's cheaper but my doctor explained that it's their hands on service, trials and feedback you are paying for. And he was right.
