I agree with every negative review about Dr. Pandya, from poor bedside manners to lack of empathy, inability to smile or to explain the findings.He has no interpersonal communication skills. At the end of my appointment, I made a comment that it does not hurt to smile or talk with clients. I'm not surprised that the reviews about other doctors are similar. It is clear that the end goal at this clinic is to see as many clients as possible. The driver is money, not a genuine desire to help!!!
After a long wait, I was finally referred to Dr. Jamil for my daily migraines and neck pain. While he did spend some time conducting the initial assessment over the phone, the medications he prescribed have not been effective. After a month, I called his clinic to report that I was still experiencing the same symptoms with no improvement. Unfortunately, I was dismissed twice and told simply to continue the medications as prescribed and follow up with my family doctor. Reception was unprofessional and uninterested in helping. Didn’t even ask my full name and look at my file.
We had a terrible experience with Dr. Jamil. He was the one who assessed and presented my mother with her Parkinson's diagnosis. This was not a familiar condition for us and he acted as if we were an inconvenience to him when we tried to get more information about the condition and what our next steps would be.
