Jody is a wonderful practitioner! She always checks in to confirm your comfort levels and is happy to chat when you want to, or keep things quiet if you prefer. She genuinely listens and has an amazing memory, recalling details from our conversations even though I only visit once a month. She is such a great person and consistently provides a fantastic, relaxing massage experience. Highly recommend!
I have been seeing Jody for a number of years. I trust her with my health issues and know that she has the knowledge and skills to help my body be pain free. I also loved that she is always educating herself to ensure she can offer her clients a wide range of modalities to suit each unique client. And she’s a really lovely person!

She’s not just going through the motions - she intelligently applies what she knows about anatomy, trying different techniques in different positions to address whatever problem is happening. She is a very skilled massage therapist. She’s kind and easy to talk to. With Jody’s help and physiotherapy, I am regaining range of motion that I thought was lost to me.
