I booked two weeks before and I called him two days before the appointment, eventhough I was not in his schedule. They are not trustworthy.
Had an unpleasant experience with this company. Would not recommend them to anyone. We had them come to do a dryer duct cleaning. In our situation we had a stacked dryer and washer, this was communicated to the initial person Nadja that had booked us in. Specific pictures were sent and the only reply was ‘ok, thanks’. Unlike other companies, this company does not move the appliances to properly clean the ducts. Excellent service
Doesn’t clean at all and there is a policy of no bill 10$ discounts on top it doubles the price of gents and filters as they come up with vans thats big.
