Intructor is good and friendly
I did just my first aid CPR / AED refresher with them today. And was one of the best first aid courses I've taken. I booked yesterday it was really simple , Easy to get into a class. the class size was small which I appreciate. My instructor, Brent was amazing! He was hilarious , engaing and kind. I just finished my SFA training with St. Mark James Training, and it went above and beyond my expectations. The instructor, Farzin, was absolutely exceptional. The slides on the screen were comprehensive and clear but his verbal instruction was even better. I didn't need to look at the screen and could just listen and write notes that way. He has a strong medical background and explained the content in a way that was engaging and easy to understand and remember.
