I ordered a DeWalt Drill Combo Kit on Amazon, only to have my order canceled due to it being out of stock. When I called to inquire about reordering and potentially securing the sale price, the customer service representative was unhelpful and unable to provide a timeline for the next shipment. They outright refused to honor the sale price if I chose to reorder, stating, “sorry, NO, we can’t give you the sale price,” and insisted that the price would increase.
