I’ve been a regular customer, but Edmonton Fasteners’ pricing has now climbed to the point where it is more expensive than Home Depot, which defeats the purpose of using a specialty supplier. When I mentioned this concern, I was told “why bother mentioning that to the purchaser,” which came across as dismissive and unprofessional. Between the higher prices and the attitude, there’s no longer much incentive to shop here.
