Excellent care throughout the procedure (before, during and recovery). The team is friendly and knowledgeable. Doctor Ting is very personable and easy to talk to and an excellent surgeon based on initial results. Although the wait to get into see someone there is very long it was well worth it.
Dr Audrey Chan and the entire team at Edmonton Eyelids were amazing. I highly recommend this amazing doctor. She is professional, kind, caring and very skilled at her practice. I cannot say enough kind things about her and her team. Thank you so much for everything!

I had upper eyelid ptosis surgery performed by Dr. Audrey Chan, and I am extremely grateful for her excellent care and professionalism. She is very responsible, patient, and highly skilled. A year ago, I unfortunately had an unsuccessful and unprofessional surgery for the same issue with another doctor. Dr. Chan carefully listened to my concerns and corrected the problem with great expertise. The entire experience was professional and reassuring. Many thanks to Dr. Audrey Chan. I highly recommend her.
