Terrible experience. We were referred by my optometrist to Dr. Audrey Chan because my eye is bulging due to hyperthyroidism. We waited over an hour after my original appointment time to be seen but she only saw me for less than 5mins. She was very dismissive and said my eyes are fine, there’s nothing else to do but put eyedrops. She didn’t even asked me if I have more questions before opening the door to leave. Dr. Chan did an amazing job with my eyelids. I presented her with a bit of a complicated case that ended up requiring a couple of revisions. I am very happy with the result and would highly recommend her. All of the office staff were also great. Just a warning to be prepared for long in office wait times for appointments, it’s worth it though!
Amazing! I absolutely love Dr Roelofs! It’s one day post surgery and i am so happy with results! The whole clinic is incredible, thorough and warm! I was nervous but when Dr Roelofs came in and said hello my friend! I was instantly at ease! Thank you all so much! I can’t wait to see the final “picture” highly recommend!!
Excellent care throughout the procedure (before, during and recovery). The team is friendly and knowledgeable. Doctor Ting is very personable and easy to talk to and an excellent surgeon based on initial results. Although the wait to get into see someone there is very long it was well worth it.
Dr Audrey Chan and the entire team at Edmonton Eyelids were amazing. I highly recommend this amazing doctor. She is professional, kind, caring and very skilled at her practice. I cannot say enough kind things about her and her team. Thank you so much for everything!
