Terribly run company. Brought my 2020 Cadillac CT5 because it was driving rough, had to get multiple alignments in a short time, and was making a clicking sound when stationary and turning the steering wheel. 2 days pass after dropping it off and I have to call them for an update. They tell me that it’s the steering rack and pinion that needs to be replaced and they will contact my warranty provider to see if it’s covered.
