I was looking for a shop that could look at my VW after the engine light came on. They offered very reasonable price for a diagnostic; better than any other shop I contacted. I booked an appointment and the man who helped me at the counter was very kind and courteous. He ran the diagnostic which only took about 5 mins. Turned out it was just a software malfunction.
