I've tried calling at different times, I've tried calling repeatedly, I've tried calling other reception desks, I've tried leaving voicemails. Does anybody answer their phone or get back to their patients?

I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Colin Andrews. I came in hoping for a thorough and supportive approach to an ongoing health issue, but instead felt dismissed and unsupported. My concerns were brushed off, and suggestions I made were met with skepticism and condescension rather than curiosity or care. When I phoned the Edmonton comprehensive care today, they provided me an urgent appointment for tomorrow, which another patient had canceled, even though my family doctor hadn't updated my phone number in the previous two months. I want to thank the Edmonton comprehensive care staff; you are excellent. Actually, they call me again for confirmation.

Doctor spent a total of 15 minutes with me, gave me a medicine and told me to go back in 4 months, medication was already similar to something I was already taking so of course it didn't do much, so after 4 months wait, on the day of the appointment, I get a call from my father to take him to the doctor because he is a cancer patient going through treatment and there was an issue that needed to be brought up immediately, I explained my situation, and their response was yeah sure but you have to pay the no show fee, I had an ... read more

I was referred to Dr. Andrews. I was so impressed with how quickly I was called for the appointment. That was the reason for the 2 stars of the review. The booking receptionist was one of the rudest "professionals " I have had the pleasure of speaking with on the phone. Dr Andrews is very abrupt. 30 minutes late to the second appointment of the day. Did not introduce himself. I can't speak for how the rest of the staff is at the office. They could be lovely. In the future, I will request to be referred elsewhere.
