Very happy to have had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Weeks, register nurse Trang, admin assistant Nimu , and the rest of her surgical team! Sorry, I didn’t get the opportunity to meet all of you. While I understand the purpose of their clinic is to reduce doctor/ surgeon visits by providing a middle person, I was disappointed with my recent appointment. It was a group information session with a slideshow, and then an individual visit with a physiotherapist. I am already under the care of a physiotherapist so I felt it was somewhat unnecessary. The only option given to me was a cortisone injection as a result of that appointment. The front staff were polite and their customer service was good, though.
The best clinic ever! Nemo and all the staff working there are truly amazing and full of emphaty. Very well organized to support people that are suffering from pain. My mom had a hip replacement surgery with Dr Weeks and she is very happy with the results. I can recommend this clinic from all my heart!
