I am really not sure if they really changed my car oil. I dropped off the car and left home. They said 3hrs of time required to complete the service then they extended it till evening. I am okay with that and they said they will do a car wash. When I came in the evening they said my car is being washed and asked me wait for 15min but I waited 30min and when I went to see my car the did not do the car wash. Bought a BMW at this dealership and everything went smoothly. The front desk actually answers the phone ( could not believe it) and Chris Brown our salesperson was amazing! Would buy here again in a heartbeat. Drive from YYC definitely worth it.
