We have bought a few vehicles from BMW on roper road and Geoff our salesman has always been fantastic and goes above and beyond, as well as the sales manager - sorry forget his name… the last few times I have brought my car in for service and work… it has not been a pleasant experience… to the point of possibly going elsewhere.. I'm a customer in triplicate. My sales associate's daughter needed her 'daddy' today; He wrapped things up and prioritized her. They certainly value family, and that is so amazing! They went overboard to make things work in my favor. For the third time, Edmonton BMW comes through to make me a happy customer yet again!

A Disappointing Post-Sale Experience My purchasing experience at Roper Road BMW was initially positive, but the true test of a dealership's professionalism comes after the sale, and in that regard, my experience was deeply disappointing.
