It has been 1 1/2 years now since we had our basement tub and shower converted to a walkin shower unit as well as replacing our ensuite shower. Smile every time that use it as looks just as spectacular now as when was installed. Brett was so considerate and helpful during our two visits to the showroom. Company did a shoddy install job when the shower was first installed . I wanted to get some repairs done understanding that with the warranty over I would have to pay but I figured even though their work was bad previously they would know best about how to fix their own product. But they followed up their initial shoddy work with just as bad customer service. I know silly of me to try and get them again after their initial screw up
Inconsiderate, incompetent people driving for these people smh
I’ve used Brett on multiple projects. Very good solid product.
