I'm a resident at one of the properties Edmonson manages. On numerous occasions, fascia board has fallen into the parking area from one of the upper levels. I contacted them about it twice via email. No repairs have been made. There is no regular maintenance on the property. There is a contract with a landscaper to maintain the landscaping. There is a pool maintenance company that maintains the pool, but on many occasions, the water level has been allowed to go below the skimmer line which puts a strain on the pump.
