I purchased 2 electrical soft starters for 3-ton air conditioner condensers. After installation, one device failed after 2 days in operation. When I contacted Edmondson Supply, they told me that the device that I ordered would not work on my equipment, and that would not refund me for my purchase. The soft starter that I order was advertised to work on 3-ton ACs.
