We had a very bad experience in here. We had arrived here at 8pm, the reception staff was very rude and said they not accept any patient any more . However, it was not others patients waiting in line.
Brent, Dr. Marzieh Shafie, and Dr. Qiang Fu are all great. They are very responsible, above and beyond.
I waited on call for 2 hours and still got nothing. No one is answering at reception area for an appointment!!
First time I went was actually great. No doctor on site but they were able to have the doctor call me and prescribe me antibiotics for a cat bite. That led to a...lady issue down the line, one I'm very familiar with. So I go back and I say I need a prescription for that, or maybe a Life Labs lab req to confirm diagnosis first if that's a better option, since there's still no doctor on site. They refused to even ask the doctor if she could have a phone call with me. Just told me the doctor doesn't do lab reqs or prescriptions... read more
