Staff are polite and helpful, service is decent when they are not at capacity. Unfortunately it is a systematic issue with there not being enough family Drs working weekends, walk-in clinics, etc in general such that wait times can be long, especially due to the need for the clinic to triage cases. Suggested to call ahead or arrive early
Having been a patient of Dr. Brar at this clinic for many years the service has been very good. Despite the obvious headwinds most healthcare facilities face with regards to adequate funding and staffing, a reasoned balance of priorities is obvious when going to this clinic. There seems to be a good patient centered approach at work there.

We had a very bad experience in here. We had arrived here at 8pm, the reception staff was very rude and said they not accept any patient any more . However, it was not others patients waiting in line.
Brent, Dr. Marzieh Shafie, and Dr. Qiang Fu are all great. They are very responsible, above and beyond.
