I went there to get urgent care, the person at the reception started loudly and openly asking personal questions and the RN was sitting close by and all together they made my personal issue open for discussion for everyone around. When I look over to RN, who had the most disgusted look on her face, started saying that she cannot do anything. She asked us to call 15 minutes before to register an appointment for walk-in patients. I tried calling, but the line only goes to voicemail and it doesn’t explain how to reach a live agent to register.
