Edit: I returned to the clinic after being in another province for a while and was very excited to hear that both Dr. Maan and Alexa are still in the clinic. Hello, I'm writing on behalf of my mother who just went through a really traumatic situation with her cat This morning (Aug 14, 2026). Yesterday (the 13th), lady was feeling sick (she was vomiting all day) so we assumed she had gotten into something. Dr. Mann was very nice throughout my dog's final and quick decline. He gave us facts so we knew exactly what to expect in terms of health, costs, and impact on quality of life. He was very optimistic with me on letting me know what was happening with my dog and gave me space and time to grieve with my dog when so abruptly passed. Dr. Mann shows the humanity that should come with vet work and gentleness in being with the animals he's treating. His pricing is very reasonable and gave me options as well for payment.
They have taken great care of my Pomeranian. The staff are always very helpful and friendly. It always feels like a very personal service which is comforting when my little guy is not doing great.
