I don't understand why this receptionist wants to talk down to people.
I entered the Edmonds clinic. Very polite, soft spoken, kind "KAYE" - receptionist. Meet DR SARABI in room... Dr Sarabi...I observed to be, very knowledgeable, great top notch medical insight, calm, kind...impressively well mannered. With Good code of Ethics. Ordered an test for me....due to my 5 screws in ankle. ( as we know after 75.. Government allow no further mammogram for woman. + routine blood test only allow once a yr. The receptionist was mean; almost like i was bothering her. She also hung up on me when i was saying goodbye and wishing her a nice day. Poor customer service.
